Position Vacant: TRAINEE GRAPHICS DEVELOPER (Computer Games)

Hours: 35hrs per week, 5 Days, 8.30am-5.30pm

Wage: £20,000 per annum

Location: South East England

Description

We will want to see proof of your talent and creativity; you will need to show us examples of your work, which could include completed game projects, ideas for games or programs. If successful, you will start at a junior level working under the direction of our lead designer, developing the graphics for our new games. Successful candidates could also over time earn in excess of £35,000 per annum.

Required qualifications, the applicant will require a Degree or BTEC HND in:

·         Computer science or software engineering
·         Animation, graphic design, fine art or illustration
·         Interactive media
·         Math’s or Physics
·         Multimedia design.

·         Excellent computer skills
·         A wide knowledge and understanding of computer games
·         Creativity and imagination
·         A logical approach to problem-solving
·         Good team working and communication skills
·         Flexibility and adaptability
·         The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

·          Willingness to keep up with industry developments and learn new skills.
